I booked thru a 3rd party (訂房網站.com) i called motel 6 to let them i accidently clicked on the wrong location. I was at the tustin location not santa ana and to cancel. Since it was a 3rd party i got in touch with 訂房網站.com and they said they would reach out to motel 6 so they can cancel on their end - i even pressed the expidite button and called the motel back to let them know all they need to do is cancel on their end and the lady said she would and didn't. I still ended up staying at motel 6 in tustin. just disappointed and upset i didn't get a refund.

立地はハイウェイから近く、近隣には、コンビニやガススタンドがあり便利です。部屋は設備やアメニティーは何も無く、動物の匂いで臭いです。また、窓ガラスとカーテンも薄く外からの音が聞こえます。駐車場內には、ホームレス達もおり、安全とは言い難いホテル、値段相応です。

I was only there for 10 hours enough to sleep. So I woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and the toilet would not flush so the whole time I was there I had a toilet that wouldn’t flush. That was super gross besides the fact that the area was full of homeless people begging constantly. I would never stay there again especially for as much as the room costs
